"You spelled it wrong."
Yes, we know. A municipality known as a "borough" is not spelled like our name. Our firm is named in honor of our president's grandfather's business, Boro Plumbing and Heating, which was started in 1940. It was established in the borough of South River, NJ and reportedly had the same spelling question asked of it.
It is somewhat ironic that our firm, which prides itself on its municipal services, had its first municipal client which was a "borough".
